2023-06-28 23:55:08 +0000 UTCTaking all that Maren has been through with her backstory...all she's had to deal with, especially having to grow up early, and her father's death being caused by a Keidran...is it any wonder that she is as closed off and cold and distant as she is? And Karen, while generally having a happy-go-lucky demeanor, no doubt understands the solemnity of this event...and like she did with Madeline, could perhaps provide her sister some comfort. With the war on, it is little wonder they might worry whether he is still there. But for Maren, I suppose it gives her some...closure, to say Happy Father's Day here...
