What someone feels is not relevant to truth. A lot of us DO love the character no matter what, but a lot of us are tired of them being used as a political agenda when that was never the intention of the character.

I was saying "she" but i think i will start to say "he" because that's what Natani WANTS and FEELS. And we should accept that. Imagine you know somebody who has that difficult mind confusion. You should support him, not arguing about him... or laughing. Look at that pose, that's a great pose - especially in combination with the facial expression! If you showed this reference sheet to someone who's never read TwoKinds before, they'd get a good impression of what Natani is all about. I don't know if Tom will even see this comment, but if he does I just wanted to let him know from a fellow artist (and animator in training) that his character design skills and pose work are awesome! I hope he keeps gifting us with his work for a long time! :)

Question... Is Natani a trans or something similar? I keep arguing with a friend of mine about how he's a trans because Natani herself says that he has the mind of a guy.

Natani is only 'male' because Zen's mind filled in the gaps in Natani's mental self after Natani was injured. The other Natani in her head is the 'real' Natani from before the merge. Natani's more feminine behaviors in the last few chapters are partly the result of her mind recovering and getting closer to her original self during the time she had escaped her brother's mental influence. Natani is only 'psudo-trans' because literally brain damage.

Good to know much more about her. Her voice note reminds me of a friend who was often shy about her man sounding voice, but we found no problem with. I mean.. artists Dido and frou frou have "androgynous" lower voices if you would call them that but are very pretty when singing.

This is a stellar reference, and I have to say I simply ADORED learning more about him, particularly about his voice! I truly love this to bits; seeing the little extra note about the progress with his body AND also seeing Keith officially listed as his mate is really heartwarming and satisfying as a reader. Natani truly has developed so much in the comic!
