Howdy folks, sorry if this is sudden, I expected I'd have a little more leeway but I didn't know how Patreon's Discord integration worked and that people would get instantly added by a bot, but here we are.

I have been thinking of putting a Discord server together for a while after seeing other creators pull it off quite nicely and having a comfy space to interact with patrons more closely. And in light of recent events (namely, payment processors pressuring internet services to censor NSFW content) I think it's a good moment to put something together, since it's also a decent contingency in case Patreon is next, just to retain a direct means of communication. Let's hope it's not the case, but I'll at least be minimally prepared.

Speaking of being proactive, if you'd like a quick rundown of what's been going on, here's a link that explains the situation a little better, and also has phone numbers to call any payment provider you're a client of to take action. I don't like to get political with my content but this is my livelihood that's being impacted, and if you're reading this chances are you give at least a bit of a shit about a payment processor having a say on what you, as an adult, can support with your money.

The server is a little disorganized for now but I'll get around to addressing that soon. I'll continue posting everything on Patreon as usual, so you're not missing anything by not joining. (Well, there's one venting pic I just did considering everything going on, that I think might be biting the hand that feeds me a little too hard to post here, but that's it).
