One Pace Update
Added 2021-12-13 17:07:08 +0000 UTCI'm blown away that I even have to send this but hey it's inevitable as the channel continues to grow.
No one cares if "One Pace is better", no one cares if the majority of people that voted against it don't know what it is.
The point is, it's irrelevant. The majority of people voted against it, it doesn't matter why but its like doing a poll for Dub vs Sub. Doesn't really matter if the Dub is objectively better when the majority don't want it.
The point is, I never once have felt that I needed One Pace, I've never had issues with the pacing really. I just wanted to see where the community is at and what it is they wanted going into the arc I see the most controversy over.
At the end of the day, if you like One Pace that's cool but you have to acknowledge that you are in the minority. Whether you're right or wrong is irrelevant, stop being rude, stop going after people, stop arguing.
This is not a place to argue. You wanna argue? Go to Twitter, go to YouTube comments, I really don't care where you do it, but you're not going to do it here.
I'm not going to ban anyone or anything for any previous comments but I can see that for some reason these arguments are getting more and more heated day after day.
From here on out, if you are being a dick or arguing about One Pace with someone else against or for One Pace I will be banning you.
This is a place to come hang out, chill and chat with other like minded individuals. If you're here to argue and be rude, you're not welcome here. Go do that shit somewhere else.
That being said I'm NOT doing One Pace so let's just drop it.

One Pace is basically a fanmade version of One Piece where they cut out all the filler and fluff and make it more loyal to the manga. Basically what DBZ Kai is to DBZ.

I sincerely hope my previous comments against One Pace weren't taken in a negative or rude way. I just wanted to voice my opinion and add to the discussion. I tried to be as respectful as possible. One Piece is amazing and it seems many people are passionate about it, myself included. Hopefully you can continue to ask the audience their opinion about your One Piece reactions without it getting out of hand.

2021-12-13 20:51:54 +0000 UTCI tried to watch One Pace but the cuts where so bad i stopped watching almost immediately . OST's and scenes are cut at random points, it completely ruined the experience for me . Maybe it got better idk, but the parts i watched where really bad imo .....

2021-12-13 20:28:23 +0000 UTCOne pace was fun for getting my gf who's add to be able to watch, the long pauses and the "look at everyone's faces before this big moment" really ticked her off. I love these fluffs tho, its kind of a one piece classic at this point, so always do you ;)

Some of that fluff is actually nice to see and I don’t mind the pacing that much. Gives me more to watch as I wait for more episodes (both for dub and sub lol). And it’s not like it’s that hard to skip or scrub over filler episodes or parts you don’t wanna see. But yeah, people need to chill! Let other people watch what they want to and watch what you want to watch. Let them enjoy the “fluff” if they want to. We all trying to be friendly here!

2021-12-13 17:54:47 +0000 UTCOne Pace is great for two reasons. One early One Piece on a rewatch. It's got neat little things like more manga accurate name cards if your a huge nerd. Two Dressrosa. No one who watched that weekly wants to do that a 2nd time. It was bad enough the first time so One Pace can help with a rewatch. But you have no reason to watch it currently if you don't feel a need to. This is your first time watching and suffering though dressrosa is part of One Piece. Many who tell you about the issues with it will not tell you the manga was a slog as well.

I'm sure it is a good alternative for those who want to catch up quicker or are intimidated by a thousand episodes. But if you're enjoying this now, then I see no reason to change it. I do think you're going to love Dressrosa, though.
