I also understand your POV, and to be honest i dont believe you will find a 3D Artist with the lvl of quality you need,very soon. Not to blow your horn, but you r an exceptional 3D Artist, and Talents like you usually dont stand around waiting, but with given time i am sure you will find what you are searching for. Little/ Small Updates as mentioned every 2-3 Month might/could also be benificial for optimizing the reach and Notoriety of the game even further then it already has. To be clear i know its not as easy as me writing it down. The work you and your animator are doing is f***ing impressive and would put some Aa-AAA Studios to shame. A good idea might also be, instead of updates every 2-3 months, to do monthly pin ups. Thus could also do the trick and help bridge and easy the wait ( like i dont know 5-10 pictures of a wished character) like re introducing all LI to the lead up to the party. OFC only if time and resources allow it. Sorry if my unwanted opinion might have offended or insulted you, that was never the goal, just wanted to give you my thoughts. Nonetheless your game is amazing and im sure with your level of determination you will succeed
