Catnip Sleep Protection Charm Bag Spell & Tutorial

Good morning moon babes! For the tiers that receive spell items in the mail, I believe most of you guys should have gotten your package! Inside you will see a selection of different catnip or glamour items (depending on your tier) so today I wanted to share a sleep protection charm bag for us all to make.

I’m not sure why a lot of us have been experiencing or hearing about their loved ones experiencing nightmares happening more frequently but this is a go-to restful sleep protection bag I have made for friends and co-witches often!

For those who have a feline friend living in the home offer some catnip to them and thank them for keeping your home protected. Cats are truly amazing little creatures spiritually, they “hang out” in this middle space where they are known to be able to see the physical and spiritual at the same time. They can absorb negative energy and expel it rhoguh their little bodies, truly such cool little creatures. Offer this to them for both their physical bodies to enjoy, but also spirutally honoring them. This only boost for any of you who might have a cat that is their familiar, you can give them jobs or have them watch over you in the astral as well. Talk with your familiar, they are there to help you!

Things you’ll need:

-Catnip herb

-Peppermint

-Black pepper

-Calendula

-Lavender

-Motherwort

-Labradorite crystal

-Black tourmaline crystal

-Black salt

-Black bag for your spell

-Protecton sleep sigil

-Star anise pods

-Catnip oil

-Holy Water

-Black string long enough to wrap around your bag 13 x.

-taglock of yourself or whoever the spell is for. You can leave this out if you dont feel comfortable doing so.

-A lavender or calming incense blend to keep burning the entirety of your working. Something that is purifying or can be both calming and protective, like fennel or something!

How to cast:

As always, cleanse your space, yourself, and your hands prior to starting this work. Spend extra time cleansing the room your bed is in, I would go through and clear the energy entierlty with a frankincense and hyssop blend, then add in a really beautiful energy with something my ancestors like me to burn. Then wash your sheets and spray your bed down with a little florida water.

Light your calming incense on your altar or wherever you plan to put this spell bag together and head to the sink with your holy water and some of yor catnip herb. Spiritually cleanse you hands with the holy water and then place some of the catnip into the palms of your hands, pray with the herb that you will have peaceful, non interrupted, sleep with no more nightmares or whatever you are explicitly experiencing. When you feel ready add some running water from the sink to your hands and continue to pray. You can pray with the prayer I have written below or just let your words flow.

Gather all of your tools and herbs once back at your altar, offer some of the herbs we are going to be using in this bag to your ancestors or any spirits you might be bringing into this working if you do so in your practice. Take your black bag and send some time meditating or pushing energy into your bag, then activate your herbs and add them into your spell bag one by one. Spening time to speak your intent into the bag with each herb. Then begin connecting with and programming with the crystals that you picked to go into your bag, as you add them invision yourself getting a full nights of beautiful rest that is both protected and invigorating. Once your crystals are in your bag add your taglock, picture of target, your sleep sigil youve created, any personal protection items you like, any ancestral items ect in and then close your bag. As you are closing it pray the below spell I have created.

Mother moon, ancestors, and spirit guides, please answer my prayers.

Please aid in my sleep being consistently protected, rejuvenating, peaceful, and uninterrupted in this all timelines and rhelmes.

May no spirit, person, being, or energy be able to peer into my aura or self while I rest.

No spirit, person, being, or energy is able to contact or connect with me astrually unless it is of my highest good.

Once you have completed this spell bag place it on your altar to charge for 24 hours and hang either on your wall above your bed, or palace it below your pillow at night, refresh monthly.
