Do you find yourself holding grudges often? Why do you think you do that, and what is holding you back from releasing those grudges?
Grudges are rough, at least they are for me lol. I have a lot of gemini in my chart and have a HARD time letting things go once I am hurt. I know how detrimental that is on my soul and mind to have someone/ a situation sitting in my mind only collecting negative thoughts. So today I'll be sitting down with my journal thinking on a grudge I have held on for too long, trying to worth though it and fully accept my part in it so I can fully let go and move on. I love following these sessions up with burning bowl rituals!!
