This may not be the regular content that I post here, but it was a request made for a patron, so I thought the proper was to upload it here as a public download as originally is a free cc.

It should be considered as an extra than anything else, as this month I will continue uploading more of my usual Patreon creations.

The set has been edited completely to fix some objects and add more quality to it with new textures and maps, and also, to include mesh parts that were missing in the first version.

Details:

For Base Game and Discover University (EP 08).
Build and buy items.

Include:

12 package files.
2 Bathtubs, with and without tiles.
2 showers, for base game and discover university expansion.
2 bathroom chairs.
2 bathroom bowls, with and without water.
11 wall textures with tiles.
11 floor textures, with small and big tiles.
Custom thumbnails.
Images samples.

Features of the Update 2023-04-17:

Improved meshes and textures.
Fixed objects.
Added new shower version for Discover University.
Added new floor.
Added faucet to the bathtub.
Adjusted footprint for decorative objects.

Installation:

Delete all the files of the old version of this mod if you have it.
Decompress this file with 7-zip and move the content of the folder to My Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
