I don’t know if you know this, but attacking a defenseless person when they’re no longer a threat to you, even if they tried to harm you beforehand, is a jailable defense in the United States. Also hitting a defenseless woman like that, no sane man with respect would do. Psychopaths talk like that, and it's very clear to see after this episode that Rudo is a borderline psycho. even the Black girl with the future sight saw him as such.
