Suggestion Box- Completely Normal

Any character that has almost zero particularly special talents. A homeroom teacher or regular townsperson would be okay. But something like a professional chess player for example, would be off limits (Key word, professional).
OCs are off limits, however, I will accept NPCs too (such as the generic village woman from 'Fire Emblem Fates').
I will gather suggestions until 28th March 8pm (BST), then they'll be put into a poll and voted upon.
(Notes:
- One character per patron (reference & scenario preferred).
- A character an only be suggested once.)
