I’m just gonna assume the unanimous decision will be NO! Not like she can go anywhere. For a hyper ticklish girl like her, max restraints is necessary.
Anyways, finally finished the sketch of Kitty, and added placeholders since her ticklers haven’t even been touched up yet. You can see the other files being the previous sketch (no vest) and then the original rough.
Wasn’t feeling the previous expression, so I spent a good deal of time trying to get it to look right while maintaining the angle.

2023-05-11 23:39:58 +0000 UTCSomething ticks me in this pic. The ropes are so straight and the binds so neat.The only explanation is that Kitty didn't struggled when she was bound. So the No is truly an unanimous one. Even Kitty agreed to it (at least the evidences say so)
