LIMGAE PP "YIXUAN(ZZZ)"

Hello.. dear my supporters.

Hello.. dear my supporters.

Are you all doing well and healthy?

It's LIMGAE Personal Practice "YIXUAN(ZZZ)".

This is a drawing I made in a day, does it look okay? Haha..

There are a lot of other things I need to draw now, but I drew YIXUAN.

It's not easy to manage my mind these days, so I drew it quickly to take care of my mind.

Actually, I'm going to draw this kind of work often in the future.

I don't think it would be bad to practice, doodle, and complete some decent work with Main Work.

I think it will also help me improve my work method and study.

Anyway, I thought I should draw really hard.

I wanted to do a request work, but I don't think I can draw it because my situation is not stable yet. I'm sorry.

If there is a character that is popular these days or good for LIMGAE to draw, please recommend it.

Pokemon, ZZZ, NIKKE, Azurlane, LOL etc LIMGAE will practice and doodle.

I'm not sure what LIMGAE will look like in the future, but I'll try my best.

Thank you, and have a nice day.

LIMGAE

This work was Photoshop playtime that took me about 7 1/2 hours haha.. There's a timer that only works when I'm using Photoshop. haha😅 I've been thinking a little bit about the bg for a long time. I started to draw the background more and more simply. I think it's time to let go of the various obsessions. Background, composition, pose, etc. But I'm not sure what's right. I think I need to study how to draw efficient work without dying the feeling of LIMGAE. It's so hard. I've always thought of skipping the linework. I'm trying to draw the linework more actively and simply these days. I have to talk about this quite long, so it's not fun. Haha. I'm trying to control it well because there are pros and cons of both drawing linework and omitting it. The main reason for my delay in completing my work is that I'm obsessed with drawing perfectly what I can't draw perfectly. If I didn't draw well this time, I should think that I should draw the next one better, but I can't. I'm obsessed. I'll be able to finish this YIXUAN work if I draw it for another 4 hours. But the moment I draw as Main work, I'm obsessed with completeness. Maybe I'll draw another 4 days. Haha..🤣 I need to get rid of this obsession and I have a lot of thoughts about it. It's not easy to decide. I think ,I have to be bold. When a person who was drawing 10 says he's going to draw 6-8, is he going to be able to withstand people's reactions? Haha.😓 I just can't afford it mentally these days. I'll just have to go quickly to draw first haha.. I've been thinking quite a bit about drawing KPop Demon Hunters. Haha.. but I've decided not to draw. I thought something a little problematic might happen. I'm sorry.😥 Anyway, I'll do my best. Thank you for advice, Thank you!.(✿◡‿◡)

I'd like to see Augusta from Wuthering Waves! Honestly though, any art you release is always bound to impress so please take care of yourself!

I have a few things to say (and I'm sure everyone loves it when I post these walls of text) 😂 For doing a piece in a day, this looks very good. But what is a day in LIMGAE terms? Is it 8 hours? 16 hours? Did you just only sleep and draw this? I've noticed that your standards of what constitute a "finished" drawing is a character and an insanely detailed background. But I think for most people around here the character is the most important part and you get this right in most people's eyes 99.99% of the time. If you look at a lot of other artists they usually do a character and a simple background. I think maybe if you stuck to a type of workflow where you did a few drawings with a simple background and then maybe one "masterpiece" with a detailed background you could probably get more artwork out. Simple backgrounds are also beneficial in that you could make a magnet or sticker from your artwork to sell. I'm sure there are plenty of people who want a LIMGAE big butt drawing magnet on their fridge! The following is something I've thought about for a while but hesitant to say it because I don't want to sound like a know-it-all or something but in regards to your workflow you could possibly eliminate the line art step from your process and it might speed things up for you. Your line art is really good and maybe this suggestion devalues the PSDs in you rewards but this seems like more work than you need to do because you don't necessarily see the line art in the final painting. This takes some practice but you can paint just the form without using lines. I think your painting technique is very good so you could get a grasp of this rather quickly. As for popular characters, those KPop Demon Hunters still seem fairly popular. Rumi, Zoey, Mira - flip a coin. 😋
