Ouch, I had to look it up and it seems extremely painful! π¬ Do you get any treatment or physio therapy? Or just rest is enough for now? Sorry, don't mean to pry. I'm just concerned. You don't have to answer if you don't want to π I know personally from other injuries that they often take forever to heal. Your mind is like: ok, that was that, but your body is like: wait a minute, I'm still sore! *sigh. I'm glad you're coping mentally and financially! Breathe through the frustration (and pain). It will all be good in the end.

Ah yes, I drew too much last summer and got quite a bad tendonitis. It's been more than half a year now and I still get pain when I draw a bit longer (like last week) which is super frustrating. But I'm glad that I'm able to draw at least a bit again! I hope it will fade out completely over time. It's crazy how long it takes, people won't believe it when they haven't been through that themselves XD

Oh Lisa, I'm so sad to hear that you've been injured π§! And I gather it's work related? Please be well soon, but don't stress - health can't be hurried! And please know that your art and your storytelling is worth waiting for! π

I think everyone here will agree we donβt regret for a second sticking around! Thereβs something magical about your work.
Iβm very happy to hear you did okay also! Coming back from this will teach you a lot for sure. Have a nice day and stay safe (with the COVID-19 stuff).

That means a lot to me! It's great to know that people will still be there even after a longer break.
Luckily I was pretty stable mentally and could focus on different things while on break. There were some hard moments but they were rare. I want to come back stronger!

I'm glad you're doing okay, I know artists can easily find themselves in a predicament when they can't draw anymore. That being said, I wish you the best recovery in the world, I hope that mentally it wasn't too depressing to stop drawing for such a long time. Good luck with the job you have to finish, and you can always count on my support π

Oh, don't worry, attentive people make me happy! The fewer patrons might be because of the lack of new comic pages. I haven't been able to produce more in the last 6 months because of that wrist injury. I've been getting back into drawing more lately (carefully as to not overdo it again) and have to concentrate on a job that should've been finished last autumn (I have to relearn how to focus properly as well o_o). I hope that when new comic pages are being published on Patreon in a few months, patrons will come back again.
You don't need to up your pledge, I'm doing ok financially and don't want to charge you for less content. I'm really appreciating your concern and support! β₯

Hi, I noticed you have fewer patrons Lisa, I hope (I donβt mean to pry) everything will be alright. Honestly if you need a tiny more support Iβm ready to update my tier or buy from your shop and share this patreon page around! Anyways I hope youβre doing good, your art is ever so enchanting as always, thank you for sharing it π

Oh Piet, the world is not on your young shoulders!
