Meet Torben, 35 years old. Fun, bold, loud. They're arguing a lot over how to treat the kids. Torben is too carefree for Matze's taste. Matze is more serious and the softer boys like him more than Torben. But when Torben raises his voice, everyone obeys. You need people like him, esp. in critical situations.
