23h a day wear of this spine immobilising orthosis can weaken back's muscles, so beside daily prescribed exercises, patients must be as active as possible. Otherwise prolonged treatment with CTLSO could lead to such muscle athropy, that a body brace or a cast could be a life sentence for our patients!
