you really think this battle was overrated how i think it was well done in terms of acting directing and effects and as a real fan of the show and books let me tell you its called fantasy the story literary up to point in the show follows Jon so yes he will survive.

2023-07-08 00:02:36 +0000 UTCThe point of Jon’s plot Armour was that the Lord of Light was protecting him because he has a greater purpose later in the show. That’s why they kept showing all the arrows coming down around him. It was supposed to show you that he was resurrected for a reason.

2023-07-07 23:58:16 +0000 UTCShe didn’t know if Littlefinger would come or not. She was playing the game when she wrote to him. But she had no idea if he would come help her after she told him to she didn’t need his help.

2023-07-07 23:56:13 +0000 UTCI think there are a lot of problems with the writing in the later seasons. Like Sansa not mentioning the Vale to Jon just to create a cinematic effect when she shows up to save him just makes her seem like an asshole/moron. It would have been better to explain it as part of a plan to use Jon as bait to draw out Ramsays army. That way it would have made sense, without taking anything away from tension/"surprise" when she shows up. But complaining about things like plot armor and how far arrows can actually fly just feels like complaining for complaining sake. Neither of these things would have made the show better, but they would have made the battle less cinematic and fun to watch.

2023-07-04 20:01:35 +0000 UTCignoring the logic and plot armor displayed does the show a disservice for the heights it once reached, this very show showed us how rob breaking a simple promise got himself and his mother , wife and child killed and his army scattered , jon charging into a oncoming army, losing his horse and staring down a thousand charging horses, while thousands of arrows are shot and him walking away basically unscatched is insane

2023-07-04 15:23:38 +0000 UTCCan we acknowledge how much of an idiot Sansa is for hiding an entire army from Jon and almost getting him killed just so she can show up when hes about to die like a "girl boss" , when in reality it just makes her look stupid , she wanted jon to come up with a better plan but didn't tell him about the vale

2023-07-04 15:18:37 +0000 UTCOne of the most overrated battles in this show and shows how much this show went down hill post season 4, firstly the plot armor jon has is insane during this battle, at least in the battle at the wall he was getting his ass beat and he was in a defending position , but getting perfectly missed by 10k arrows

2023-07-04 13:08:33 +0000 UTCI believe Daenerys named her dragons after her husband and her brothers so: Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion.

2023-07-04 12:41:07 +0000 UTCNah. I love GoT but I agree with most of his points in this one. The battle was pretty cinematic but it has some logic problems. It is hinting at the problems that are coming in future seasons. It's obviously not even close to beeing as bad as the ones to come. But isn't as good as Blackwater or Hardhome from that perspective. And in the end he kept clarifying that he indeed liked the episode very much but is annoyed with some of the logic problems wich I get.

2023-07-04 06:22:31 +0000 UTCWow, never thought I'd hear you mention the Temeraire series! Not many people have even heard of it. I was always disappointed that we never got the Temeraire vs Lung Tien Lien showdown that the series was always building towards. I mean, I know the Napoleonic wars were always the main draw, but it's criminal that there was never a celestial vs celestial battle.

2023-07-04 05:48:47 +0000 UTCI’m surprised these three watched this show. Violence seems to make them extremely anxious. I guess that’s why they joke so much during reactions lol.

2023-07-04 05:10:09 +0000 UTCJon and Ramsey did that scene with him being punched for like 10 hours. I saw that in the BTS.
