I had plenty of hand sanitizer stocked up, a whole queer sex party’s worth of gloves, alcohol spray disinfectant. Enough that now I’m making care packages for Max (who is an essential service provider as a high voltage electrician, and will be working overtime to keep our city powered) and Ms.O (who is stuck in her high density downtown apartment building). Neither of them have been able to buy those basics and I’m happy that the sex cult has provided and I can spread the wealth. The Madam provides!
As self isolation plans are rolling forward we’re using all the same skills that keep us safe in poly arrangements to navigate exposure now. Max is part of our isolation circle, and as soon as Ms.O is finished her self-quarantine she will be too. I’m happy we can keep each other sane through this. And share resources. Ms.O’s building has been shut down to non-residents and to package deliveries, so she’ll be having things sent here and we’ll be helping out as much as we can. At least with the isolation in effect there’s not much traffic downtown. Silver linings?
Max is going to come by to pick up supplies before she starts her shift and let me tell you, sitting on her lap in her truck and feeling normal for a few minutes is something I’ve been looking forward to all week.
