Little Weirds
Added 2020-01-25 19:50:47 +0000 UTCSitting by the fire, cozy inside, reading Little Weirds by Jenny Slate. If you haven’t seen her Netflix special “Stage Fright” please watch it, she’s incredible. And so relatable it almost hurts to watch. Her book is similar, but more flowery, more poetic. Perfect for a space cadet like me on a sleepy Saturday in the woods. It’s been snowing all day out there, big fluffy snowflakes. Every time I venture out I’m awed by how quiet it is. In the winter I try to be colourful to make up for all of the white and grey, to remind myself things will be growing again soon.
