Not a modder but looking to load a mod shared with me. It has a bundle of events on a file. I thought adding a folder in the mods folder called events and putting the mod file in there would work, but after picking a save or starting a new game the square progress icon stops and a quick flash of a untiy screen with a red x on the corner and then the app closes. I've only downloaded the game and the mod, what am I doing wrong? I did this with a separate mod and it had the same result, I have taken it out of the new folder as well as I tried the mod builder folder and nothing happened.

2025-06-20 11:09:21 +0000 UTCCan you describe the problem? When I click on the link, it opens a "folder", and if I click on the Windows file, it downloads it. Maybe you're getting ads playing and are not seeing the correct page?
