You don't exactly have to like him or hate him but if you don't know who he is I would say you aren't informed at all. The dude is not just a random celebrity famous for a sex tape or whatever. You don't have to know who he dated, but she is kinda famous in her own right, so it's still not exactly weird to know about her... It was one of the few celebrity tie-ins that kinda stood out though as just that. Not an awesome quest voiced by whoever, but as a quest that mostly works thanks to the celebrity status, both of the character and of the voice actor. Lizzy Wizzy is a pretty cool character and would have offered an opportunity for a much more interesting quest. Like getting a wierd new cyberware piece or being part of some weird performance art like the Crucifixion. Instead we get some standard quest that just boils down to something rather basic.
