2025-06-10 15:52:55 +0000 UTCHmmm… I’m not getting the impression that it’s about his sexuality… even when he first brought it up he just said “I’m sure you can tell my preference.” Other people seem to know he’s gay and he’s never seemed confused at all. I think he just really considers himself not relationship material? I could be wrong though!

2025-06-08 21:10:43 +0000 UTCi love this show so much :(( idk if anyone has said this before but a fun fact is that the director of this show who btw also directed bad buddy and last twilight is directin the next geminifourth series for next year :) its called ticket to heaven and is gonna be more of a drama like this show that tackles religion and being queer in 1996. its probably coming out next year but just from the pilot trailer i can tell its gonne be one of gmmtvs best series to date. and geminifourth have said that its gonna be real and dramatic just like moonlight chicken :) hope u keep an eye out for that show aswell.

Technically, HSF is not a BL, but it's one of my favorite performances by Mark. I say technically because it's still one of the best romances we got from GMM. 🤣

It is very relatable.🥺 Here’s a little side note: I know you’re already done with ep4, so maybe you’ll notice that the subtitles when Heart signs doesn’t always appear. P’Aof mentioned that it was purposely left out so that we can experience and understand the pov of the opposite party. To realize how difficult it can be to communicate with the deaf community if we don’t make an effort. 💛 As always, thanks for the reaction and happy weekend, everyone!

The story is more mature than your typical BL and the acting & chemistry superb. It also has the benefit of a cute young side couple (who just happened to be Gemini-Fourth) giving the lighter romance story.

On the other hand, "Loong" is used when that uncle is elder sibling of your parents, or , it can also be just general polite way to address some elder guy. And in this series, everyone call "Uncle Jim" as "Loong Jim". In this episode, LiMing explained to his soccer friends that, although Uncle Jim is younger sibling than his parents and he is supposed to called Uncle Jim as "Aa Jim", he also follows everyone and just call as "Loong Jim".

It's also a way to demonstrating to the potential in-laws that the bride will be financially stable. These days I think it's more symbolic than just an exchange of goods.

Even though you kinda know who's gonna end up with each other (particularly with the Thai actor's pairings) I like to go through the journey with the characters.
