Introducing the Janitor

We're going to expand on this with the addition of the Janitor in the latest update.
He will be getting an introduction as well as his own room. the foreigner from the Qos route will be also getting his own room to prepare for his future events.
To be clear the focus is on remaking base game events this update so neither of these guys will be getting new scenes.
