If someone is looking for a place to live, this seems fine, but the issue isn't typically how small the house is, but the location. IE: Ghost Towns. This 20k box would be an easy way to make a guest house in my back yard, but I assume you could build one cheaper?

I was waiting for her to say she slid on bald tires into a ditch or something but you cut it off. it seems pretty reasonable to spend the minimum amount of money to keep the car functioning. she was alright.

Does that about sum it up?
