Steam Keys Update (Original 06-11 Post)

Hi Everyone! Ket here. Thank you all for standing by as we sort out the issue with the remaining Steam Keys for Oh So Hero! It might be redundant to hear about these Steam Keys so much recently, but there are a lot of you who are still waiting patiently and would like an update, so here we go~

As you know, we used Keymailer to send out the keys to patrons. Unfortunately, there was a technical issue that caused the key offers to become expired. I've been in constant contact with Keymailer support over the last several weeks trying to get the keys resent as soon as possible, but they're still having problems over there. Furthermore, I've learned that they have a maximum 21-day window within which the keys must be obtained before the offers expire (something I'm not happy about, but they insist on it).

Keymailer says they're "aiming to have all the re-offer emails sent out within the week" because they're dealing with a bug in the email delivery process and can't send it all immediately. They say the "keys are being re-sent in waves," so you'll want to "keep an eye on [your] inbox or spam folder over the next few days."

Some of the emails have been sent already. Each recipient has a "21-day redemption window" from the date of delivery within which to claim the key. This email may go into your promotional, junk, spam, or trash folders, so you'll want to do a search within all of your mail and trash for "Keymailer" at some point in the next couple weeks just to make sure you get it. When you see the email, please claim the key immediately. You do not need to create a Keymailer account to do this. Once you have your key, you can redeem it on Steam whenever you'd like (because Valve does not expire them), but just make sure you get the key from Keymailer so you don't have to worry about this again.

Sorry once more for the problems. I thought Keymailer had their stuff together, and then all this happened. While their support team is certainly accommodating, I may need to shop around next time we offer keys to see if we can find a more reliable delivery service. It seems a little preposterous that something as basic as sending out keys became so complicated and prolonged. We'll try to make this better going forward!
