For those not in the know, the creature in her womb is a proto-shoggoth. It can grow and shrink at will (or hers) for a short time. So she probably did this over a week end.
Her favorite size, is my favorite size as well. though, it is nice for her to see her feet again.
--- it took me a while to figure out how to draw her with OUT her belly though. need to practice flat tummy more.
