One of the hardest conuntires to be gay in since being gay is more for fanservous rather than gay men being seen as people. So it's probably extremely hard for Souta to confess because of that. PLUS Nao JUST went through a rollercoster of emotional stress so adding these feeling for Souta on top of it is probably making his head spin. AINA YOU CRUEL QUEEN! I want the boys happy so rushing into a relationship right now does not make sense at all. So please be patient with our two emotinally stunted fools lol
