20 Years of Art and Hearts & Iron
Added 2021-09-01 16:00:50 +0000 UTCIt was 20 years ago today that I put my first site, Jeff's Muscle Studio, online, with physique drawings and the first issue of Hearts & Iron available. I went to the gym and worked out, wondering what the reaction wpuld be. Carl and John had made their debut in an issue of Gay Comix as a one page piece, and I'd had one fan letter from it.
In 2021, I have 3 sites and 12 issues available, 6 of Hearts and Iron and others of Paul Bunyan. Werebears, and a collection of older work. My first two issues of Hearts & Iron were zines -- meaning I made copies and collated and stapled them, until I found an affordable printer.
Here's to another 20...
