Meet and Greet?

Alrighty my favorite friends, I’m just throwing this out there to get a feel on how this would be received, but I’m thinking about doing a giveaway meet and greet with all the animals. To enter you would just need to be a Patron during the month of May and June and I would select one winner mid June. The winner would be able to choose their own time to come to make it extra convenient as many of you are out of state. Before I host this little shendig, I wanted to see how many of you would be open to this.

I’ve never arranged any sort of meet and greet with the animals before and there have always been a number of reasons. My main reason being that my home and their enclosures have never felt “good enough”, I didn’t want to invite someone to come and see them anywhere less than perfect. As time has gone on I’ve realized it’s are never going to be “perfect”, as I’m always striving to provide better for them. My ideal set up is a zoo quality enclosure and a show home where guests feel like they’re on a vacation and that’s just completely unrealistic. Another reason was always their safety, but as they’ve gotten older and I’ve socialized them with more people, I’m much more confident with them interacting with strangers. In fact, it’s now something I look forward to when opportunity presents itself. It’s fun seeing how they react to people and how people react to them. I love being able to share them and watch others fawn over them the way that I myself fawn over them.

I’m also considering adding a new tier to this platform that would allow subscribers to have periodic meet and greets. I haven’t quite fleshed this out, but it’s something that has been on my mind for the last few months and I would love your feedback on what would interest you or how you would like to see this tier set up!
