Just keeping you informed, that Unity in 2019 still quite shitty at handling animations. This models are perfectly hold each other palms in original 3D software, but not for unity's animation. I found similar topics on Unity's support forums since 2010 and there is still no solution... For 10 damned years Unity can't proceed with complex animation with appropriate precise level :(

I thought about size and weight and drop the idea because of the complexity. So the look if the model not correlate with fight/reward mechanic. Still it's not clear for me how to calculate the scores. Proportions between wins and loses is obvious, but what about fight amount. Is person who win 5 battles of 10 should be more honored than person who win 48 battles of 100?

Why is there no grappling or throws ( like in Judo ), i think those would be spectacular and devastating special combats ( a la MMA moves )

I saw some posts on discord on how the combat is calculated. I think it should aslo take into account wins / losses weighted to the number of fights. all wins should be good,, all losses should be bad, equal win/loss should be the best as it represents alot or practice. Is size and weight factored into the combat? it is a common fantasy for the little powerhouse girl to defeat the big strong giant, and vice versa.
