I mean, I don't know that particular company, but they probably mean breaking it down to something (hopefully) harmless for when it does get into the soil. Waste treatment plants usually can't clear that stuff out. Also when it gets into the soil it gets into the groundwater, which is where we get a lot of our drinking water. Usually they're more concerned about things like hormones and endocrine disruptors not vicodin,but maybe that's a problem too. They actually test water for stuff like that because it indicates there's human waste getting into the water somehow.

It’s about whether you can credibly _set all of that aside_ and come to a conclusion with your fellow jurors based _solely_ on what the prosecution, the defense, and the judge (describing the relevant law) present in court. So even if you’re hardcore MAGA or Antifa you could still serve on this jury, as long as you can convince the judge and both sides that you can weigh the facts independently of your own positions in coming to a conclusion.

2024-04-21 21:58:16 +0000 UTCi like to hear that Katy doesn't like to have her nails done cuz she feels weird having someone serving her like that. i would never go with my ex gf to get nails done cuz i don't feel right having someone do that for me. more so for pedicures, i guess, but it just feels...exploitative? idk if that's the right word, but like "yes, serve me - do my nails, peasant". to be clear, the people who work at those shops aren't peasants, obviously, but i don't like the act of making them take care of my feet.

Do you not see all the fascists and Nazis being censored on X and Truth Social? Sorry, I mean how the MSM does not push the right wing narrative like Fox and RSBN do but the majority of their viewers want it so badly? The right wing media are a bunch of hypocrites - they broadcast the conservative crap their audience wants, but if NBC, CBS, or ABC shows what their viewers want (i.e. not MAGA news) then it must be because they are censoring the right. I do not have a problem with a private enterprise censoring views they do not like, that is their right, since 1A does not apply to non-government entities. But I do have an issue when Elon says he is for free speech, or is a free speech absolutist, then proves he is lying when he censors people whose views run counter to his own. Or the poster hurts his feelings, because the richest guy on the planet is also the biggest baby with the thinnest skin. Seriously, how does someone have that much money yet care so much what random people, they do not know, think about them?
