They literally could have just taken off the scarf but i guess we need an excuse to turn it white again lmao. Also, just a little reminder as to how Lisanna's powers work (and also Mira and Elfman), the siblings all need to 'take over' an animal/demon's soul to turn into said animal/demon which means Lisanna would have had to taken over a worm's soul for her to turn into one (which why would she have? Could she have? Do worms have souls?) Otherwise they would just be able turn into whatever and that's more so shapeshifter stuff rather than the magic they have.
