2022-01-24 07:48:19 +0000 UTCOh yeah as far as the Game of Thrones joke goes there is a lot of sex and nudity in the show. While there was some sex and stuff in the books, at least the 5 that are out, there is far more in the show. Though I will say the show is still pretty good, lots of action and intrigue the quality of the show in my opinion drops quite a bit after they go past the books, when the series was starting it was around the time the 5th book, A Dance with Dragons, was published. In fact the book series started over 25 years ago. Admittedly though they are pretty decent sized books and rather complex as there is no single main character as chapters follow a specific character and tell stories over multiple kingdoms and even another continent.

2021-09-28 04:37:05 +0000 UTCFun fact about Jerry's voice actor Chris Parnell, even though they obviously do multiple takes of his lines like all voice work, I've heard they always or at least usually end up using the first take he gives every time cuz he just nails the delivery on round 1. I just think that's pretty cool.

2021-09-27 13:17:45 +0000 UTCFor anyone wondering about the whole Cronenberg thing, David Cronenberg is a Canadian film maker whose probably best known for The Fly remake, the Jeff Goldblum one, and if you've ever seen it you get the reference. If you haven't it tends towards a body horror movie with practical effects. It's a good movie but if you can't stomach gore I'd recommend skipping it.

2021-09-27 07:20:40 +0000 UTCThe voice of the alien leader was David Cross, he has had minor roles in a lot of stuff, but probably his biggest role in a sitcom was as Tobias Funke on Arrested Development, though looking at his career listing he did have a minor role on The Drew Carey show and several other 90's sitcoms. He also was co-creator of the HBO sketch comedy show Mr. Show along with Bob Odenkirk, probably best known as Saul Goodman from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.
