Garrison is just a term for a certain amount of soldiers I believe. While not in the military myself, my brother in law is an officer in the Army and I grew up in a military town. A garrison is basically another word for a specialized unit. Like Infinity, Signal, MedOps, Airborne, and the like. It might be a certain number of units or something but it's a general term for a grouping.

The giant Titan broke the outside and the other broke the inner side. They are now in wall rose. There wasn't any attacks in the wall previously, this is the first ever attack since the walls were made. The Titans that broke the walls aren't average Titans.
