From Now On and Forever VN Day 1 script

Here is the script for day 1 my actual document has different formating and color coded parts so you might get lost of confused lol but please enjoy! From Now On, and Forever VN Epilogue: I’ve recently taken up a job as a substitute teacher. Only single day jobs here and there, making about $50 a day. But today I got an email from a teacher I’ve subbed for before, Mrs. Green. She requested for me to sub for her after-school art club for the whole week, she offered me $100 for the job. I almost declined, but for some reason I accepted her offer. I’ll take any work I can get at this point, plus it’s only an hour long class each day. She responded, thanking me for taking her request. She said she’d leave me with a note once I arrived at the school. I start Monday at 2:30. Day 1 When I arrived at the school, the front desk gave me a visitor badge with my name and picture. I made my way to the classroom once the last bell rang. Mrs. Green welcomed me and thanked me for helping out. She gave me a folded note with instructions and waited with me till all the students arrived. The students arrived one-by-one, appearing even cuter than the last. They all took their seats and began talking amongst themselves. Mrs. Green gathered their attention and introduced me. Mrs. Green: Girls, listen up! This is Mr. Hatten, he’ll be subbing this class for the week. So please do as he asks. I left him some instructions and the prompts for this week's drawings that you’ll be doing. When you’re done, bring your drawings to Mr. Hatten and I’ll grade them at the end of the week. And with that, I’ll leave you all with him. Good luck. Mrs. Green left. I sat at the desk and opened her note. Note: Make sure to take attendance each day, should be a breeze since there’s only five girls lol. Read out loud and write on the board the prompt for each day. And be sure to erase it before you leave for the day. All the girls are quite nice so they should be no problem. -Mrs. Green Attendance: -Lily Armstrong -Emma Dressel -Nicole King -Andrea Stephenson -Naomi Watters Mr. Hatten: Alright, I’ll start with attendance so I can learn your names. Please say here and raise your hand when you’re called. Mr. Hatten: Lily Armstrong? Lily: Here! Mr. Hatten: Emma Dressel? Emma Dressel: H-here.. Mr. Hatten: Nicole King? Nicole King: I’m here! Mr. Hatten: Andrea Stephenson? Andrea Stephenson: Right here Mr. Hatten: Naomi Watters? Naomi Watters: Present. Mr. Hatten: Okay, you’re all here. Here’s today’s prompt. I write the prompt on the board. Draw your favorite place to be. Mr. Hatten: Mrs. Green said to draw your favorite place to be. And to write a short paragraph of what you drew, and what makes it your favorite place. I assume you have paper or know where it’s at, I’ll take your papers at the end of the class before you leave and save them for Mrs. Green. You may begin. I take my seat in the chair as the girls gather their papers and supplies. They talk amongst themselves, possibly discussing the prompt and whatever else girls of their age talk about. They have been peacefully drawing for a few minutes. Maybe I should talk to them… Choice A1: Talk to one of the girls - Leave them alone for now Talk to a girl choice A2: Lily, Emma, Nicole, Andrea, Naomi Leave them alone for now Choose Lily Says goodbye I walked over to the group and engaged with Lily. Mr. Hatten: Hey, Lily. What did you decide to draw for the prompt? Lily: I’m drawing me at the zoo! I like the tigers there and all the sharks! They’re my favorite. Single choice: Oh, they’re my favorite too! - That sounds fun! 1 Mr. Hatten: Oh, They’re my favorite too! Lily lights up. Lily: Huh? No way! They’re the best, how could it not be your fav? She goes back to her drawing. 2 Mr. Hatten: That sounds fun! Lily: Yea… we go every summer. The last time they had a petting pool and I got to pet all the baby sharks! It was so cool! Mr. Hatten: I bet it was. She goes back to her drawing. Return to choice A2 Choose Emma (Cancels out the option for Nicole later) Says goodbye Mr. Hatten: Hi, Emma. What’cha drawing? Emma: Oh, uhm… I’m… drawing me and my dad at the lake. Mr. Hatten: Why’d you choose the lake? Emma: Well… my daddy used to take me all the time, but we can’t go much anymore because of his new job. Mr. Hatten: I’m sorry to hear that. I hope he takes you again someday. Emma: T-thanks, I do too- Nicole suddenly barges in the conversation. Nicole: Hey, wanna see what I’m drawing? Emma has gone back to her drawing. Mr. Hatten: S-sure. Nicole: I drew myself at the library! I spend most of my free time there. I like graphic novels and manga mostly, but I’ve dabbled into some romance books too! Choice: I like graphic novels too! - What romance books? 1 Mr. Hatten: I like graphic novels too. Nicole: Well, they are the best, so. That just means you have good taste, like me! I recommend Dr. Bonez if you’re into horror with some comedy. Or TitanWall if you like action manga! 2 Mr. Hatten: What romance books have you read? Nicole: Just some basic ones, Vampire Knight, Shades of Love. Mr. Hatten: I’ll have to check them out. Andrea: Just… my room… Mr. Hatten: Do you spend a lot of time there? Andrea: I guess so. I sleep a lot or scroll on my phone and… other stuff… Single choice: Other stuff? - Sounds relaxing! 1 Mr. Hatten: What kind of stuff? Andrea: Just… girl stuff. Mr. Hatten: I see. She goes back to her drawing. 2 Mr. Hatten: That sounds relaxing. Andrea: Heheh, that’s… why I’m always there, I suppose… Says goodbye She goes back to her drawing. Return to choice A2 Choose Naomi Mr. Hatten: Hi, Naomi! What are you drawing? Naomi: I’m drawing myself baking with my moms! Mr. Hatten: That sounds fun! What kind of things do you bake? Naomi: We own a bakery downtown, so we mostly make cakes and other treats. Single choice: What’s your favorite? - Bring some? 1 Mr. Hatten: What’s your favorite thing to bake? Naomi: Hmm… I like making cake balls! They’re really fun and taste super yummy! Mr. Hatten: I bet! Maybe you could bring some? Naomi: Sure! We usually have some leftovers each day. I’ll bring some tomorrow! Hr. Hatten: I can’t wait! Says goodbye Brings cake balls the next day 2 Mr. Hatten: Maybe you could bring me something? Naomi: Well, I dunno. I’ll have to ask. Mr. Hatten: Well, alright… Naomi goes back to her drawing. Return to choice A2 If you have talked to all the girls you automatically go back to your desk. Leave them alone for now I return to my desk and scroll on my phone for the remainder of the class. The last bell rings and the girls turn in their drawings and make their way. (Ones indicated say goodbye before leaving) Lily: Bye bye! Emma: B-bye… Nicole: Later, teach! Andrea: See ya. Naomi: See ya tomorrow! All the girls have left as I gather my things. Choice: Look at the drawings - Put them away 1 Wouldn't hurt to take a look. Open a menu to look through all the drawings. Button: Put them in a folder for Mrs. Green I put them in a folder for Mrs. Green to grade and make my way home. 2 Nah, I shouldn't pry anymore today.
