The man who tore it down was Real Ju Dan the (fake beak jun ki)'s father. Su Ryeon's dad was known as a great guy. If he knew a family was there they would not have built on the land. Which would have hindered ju dan taes father's business. So he said not to say anything as he tore down the house and killed the family. Just thought I would share that piece of information.
