I had a headache all weekend
You probably can’t tell from weekend videos cuz of how i am. I just kept on going. Never had time to think about it. 72 hours of adrenaline and CRASH
on this calm Monday , I feel like everything caught up with me and when i sit up right…you dont wanna know lol.
I took Tylenal.
Yes i had food, i wear headgear, i wont die…today
I do not intend to get hit that much next time. Lol. Just gotta get better.

Keep your brain safe, limit intense sparring sessions, get sensible sparring partners who don't spar with ego. There is my unsolicited advice lol Have fun training and kick ass!
