I am going to admit something I hate about myself here, but HONESTLY, I would probably have trouble recognizing someone if they totally changed their base appearance and personality. I mean, I know most people have some form of other race blindness (oh they all look the same) which is GROSS, but also scientifically based. And many people in Korea try to look similar, follow trends, not stand out etc.
I have found myself having to look twice when k-actors wear their hair down instead of exposed forehead because to me it looks SO vastly different. I mean, I can recognize BTS by their pinkie nails and their shadows and a lot of other groups/idols that I watch a lot of content about, but I can totally get the "not noticing" especially when he's a CEO who probably doesn't actually look at people when he walks past them. (Still icky, and played up for comedic effect, but in the realm of possibility)

Although the parody is what stands out most at first glance, the different aspects of this series are very well achieved: the comedy, the romance, the pacing, the good energy it transmits—it all adds up to making it a fan favorite. While everyone waits for Taemoo to connect the dots, the viewer has the opportunity to do the same to discover what the story wastes no time explaining but subtly hints at through dialogue and scenes, adding depth to the story and the characters. For example, in this episode, Minwoo tells Hari that Yoora wants to know how the concert went. We have to wonder why she's interested and why she knew about the gift. Which brings us back to the first episode, when Younseo says Minwoo isn't the type to remember birthdays. Putting 1 and 1 together, the answer is that the gift was Yoora's idea. By that time, Yoora and Minwoo had already back together, so it was her way of telling Hari to step aside. Minwoo's disappointment at learning that Hari went to the concert with some guy shows that he is aware of Hari's feelings for him and was hoping that despite the message, Hari wouldn't go away, almost as if it was a bet with Yoora.
