I was so shocked to find out how many people didn't like this album. Honestly I think this is easily top 3 from them which is saying a lot because I truly believe they have not released a bad album.

2024-11-06 17:23:58 +0000 UTCi cannot explain it but resist, the beat mostly, sounds like move your body by nina sky, which is a song from like 2004. and the beginning of soobins first part in danger sounds like suit and tie by justin timberlake, i truly can't explain it but every time that part starts i expect to hear is 'as long as i got my suit and tie' lmao.

2024-11-06 12:41:56 +0000 UTCJust found your channel/patreon not too long ago and catching up on your TXT reactions, including the To Do episodes. Glad I get to experience this comeback with you! I agree with you about their vocals feeling like they've upgraded. I forgot where they mentioned it, it might have been when Taehyun and Yeonjun were on Suchwita with Yoongi from BTS (which if you haven't watched yet you should) and they basically said that after a tour, they feel like their skills have leveled up because concerts tend to push them to their limits, so that might explain it (though they've always been amazing) As for the shortness of the songs, I agree with you that I'm not liking this trend towards these under 3min songs! The only reasons I can see the industry heading in this direction is 1) people's attention spans are shorter and although fans will listen to songs no matter the length, groups usually want the general public listening and therefore short and sweet songs are more palatable and 2) I'm not too knowledgeable on streaming on how those numbers are calculated, but I'm sure having shorter songs makes it easier to stream and increase those numbers. Overall though, despite the shortness of it, the vocals and production are some of the best from TXT and I'm so proud of them~

2024-11-06 06:07:49 +0000 UTCThis trend of short songs is SOOOO frustrating. This album barely feels longer than the highlight medley. The songs barely have a chance to go anywhere or build up. An album full of intros. It's just so annoying because they have such a good discography and these half finished songs do not do them and their talents justice! A live performance of this mini album would last like 15 minutes. On the postive side the vocals are I incredible throughout. I love Danger (though ridiculously short). Bring back 5 minute songs in 2025. Rant over lol.

2024-11-06 04:14:17 +0000 UTCI do have a big problem, it's not because the song is short but because Beomgyu is given few lines in the songs, literally in the song Danger he only had 1 line less than the second one, it bothers me too much that they don't give him more time and it's always the others, it's frustrating for me since Beomgyu deserves more, it's so unfair.

2024-11-05 17:08:40 +0000 UTCiโm with you. itโs SO upsetting how short songs have become so popular. it goes against what i personally think makes a perfect song. the fact that all of these songs are so good but so short is really pissing me off. i think the biggest problem is people are lazy now. i donโt understand it, because i feel like it would be so easy to just add another chorus or an outro. OR A BRIDGE?? they they go extinct or something?
