Yes, this when they are both crying from missing each other-every time I see it I get teary eyed. So much frustrating things happened this ep. I had forgotten how frustrating so I was right there with you. Yes, Eunuch Yang is the one you are thinking of. Also the guard at the end who made the other guy open the gates for the prince. He was a guard who was always there for the prince.
