the theme is the same about the girl who is going to be killed and the girl must get married so she is not killed

As it is currently worded, I tend to lean towards the non-fantasy option; if you can make the fantasy one without getting too Stockholm Syndrome-y, then do it. :) Ultimately, make the story you want to see, and others will get excited, too!
