July Pinup #2 Poll
Added 2023-07-09 08:00:04 +0000 UTCBig thanks to everyone who gave their suggestions. I got a lot of them this time and now it's time for you beautiful people to exercise your democratic rights and choose what I should draw for the end of July.
This poll will be up from July 9th, 10am CET, to July 12th, 10pm CET.
And the options are:
1. The Hottest Drink in Town - A young engineer is tasked to maintain and pilot a walking tank to defend the Giga-Rails from sky pirates looking to loot the Giga-Trains. Between life or death missions and long hours in the workshop, they find a cool new friend at the most popular drinking hole in a nearby settlement.
Off the clock, they exchange notes on engineering, but more importantly for our hero, teaches them how to distil a drink that'll unlock all the potential they have inside. The drink requires a lot of weird oils and crud that can be found all over the dieselpunk wasteland that she patrols with her tank. But when they try to distil it for the first time, the equipment blows up. However, it does unlock all the potential she has inside.
As we reach the present, both the mech and her pilot have evolved considerably, as has her relationship with the pirate in question, to the point they're more than just frenemies.
[Dieselpunk-themed TF - Eggy "guy" to tomboy trans woman, with implied enemies(?) to lovers! (Just don't expect me to draw the mech in any great detail, I am NOT good at that stuff π )]
2. Nyara-Nyara - Part 3 - No seriously, who is their dad? - After the life-changing potion imbibement of Ramona, another one of their all-male friend group finds out what had happened and hatches a scheme all of his own. Seeing the potential of ending his bachelor life, he seeks out the potion shop and demands a potion that'll make him the love of Ramona and a father figure of the Kitteens.
Not taking into account that Ramona is in fact bi, the potion does change him into Ramona's lover. And certainly a strong and masculine, or rather butch, parental figure for the girls. But not a male one.
The new, older cat-woman is positively surprised though. Tough as nails, strong as an ox, protective of her step-daughters and adoring towards her fiancΓ©. It's maybe not the exact idea she had in mind before drinking that potion, but she can't deny that she's more of "man" than she were before. Though the question of who is the Kitteens' dad remains a mystery.
[Empire Bay - Human male-to-female smol but strong and butch older cat-woman. The running gag here is that we'll never learn who their dad is >:D]
3. Fantastic Savage Planet - In the far-off future, reports return from one of the reconnaissance probes from planet [REDACTED] with promising news. The planet is perfectly suitable for human life, inviting a human crew to explore. But a minor issue with the initial mission sends off every scientist back home, except one. And although stranded there, he has plenty of rations and as well as a communications terminal and chooses to boldly stay for a few months at least.
The humid jungle planet seems oddly devoid of predators, but during the intrepid scientist's exploration, he discovers signs of some kind of extinct civilization. Though he can confirm that they may have only just reached the agricultural stage before they apparently vanished. His superiors advice caution and that they'll assemble a proper crew for later.
But after the concerning discovery, the lone scientist's temperament seems to change a little.
The rations begin to taste terrible and using cutlery to open and eat them just seems stupid when he could just rip them open with his claws and fangs. Writing reports and messages to his superiors on the console is hard with his large hands and the struggle wears hard on his patience. He'd rather do some kind of... practical science... Like figuring out how easy it is to catch and cook one of those tasty-looking penguin-lizards he's seen by the lake nearby.
The messages grow shorter and the scientist openly ignores any orders they're given. Their last observational report simply states "pengin crtcher tasty good not cooked" before the terminal ceased all transmissions.
An emergency rescue mission is quickly arranged and arrives on the planet to discover a huge, vaguely female humanoid creature. She grins an almost inhuman smile with her fangs and tusks while she flexes her long tail. And before they know what to do, she quickly destroys the rescue craft and knocks out the group of astronauts before dragging them to the ruins she had discovered months earlier. No rescue craft was sent afterwards, but remote-controlled probes could confirm a few years later that there now existed a thriving population of large, primitive-looking humanoid creatures, led by a huge alpha female.
[Scifi-theme, human male-to-female brawny, savage, muscular mutant. If you want a good idea for what to expect with this one, take a look at Monstrifex's art. This one will also be pushing themes of consensual empowerment with the transformation.]
4. Stepmother from Heck - After ruling an infernal domain with an iron fist, the Devilkin Overlord Maghros the Indominable finds himself dethroned, exiled from his home dimension, and out of work after a popular uprising. As it turns out "tyrant of a nightmare world beyond your puny mortal imaginings" isn't great resume material, leading Maghros to a cosmic temp agency, where he must fill in for lives important to the framework of the cosmos. A humiliating fate for the mighty Maghros, but what choice does he have?
After a few botched assignments, Maghros finds himself on his most lowly assignment yet - filling in for the life of a suburban housewife in a retrofuturistic utopia populated by Devilkin (supposedly, once they've succeeded at taking over the world, Devilkin just want to live a domestic life). As the job drags on though, the conqueror of a hundred realms finds an odd satisfaction in the domestic simplicity of his new life - one Maghros could never quite find even at the height of his powers...
Some years and numerous sessions with a very patient robot therapist later, and the one time Overlord - now going by Maggie - has taken the position on permanently. Turns out the secret to happiness isn't the lamentations of one's enemies so much as it is a loving spouse, some adorable stepkids, and the simple pleasures of life. And while Maggie still has some of the more obvious features of her infernal origins, her body and temperament has mellowed to suit her new life quite thoroughly as well - though she swears, if Rhonda keeps cutting her off at PTA meetings, she's going to find the box where she stored the Blade of Wailing Souls and really give that so-and-so a piece of her mind.
[Big mean devilkin lord TG to sweet female devilkin Milf.]
5. Gobsicle - A new brand of ice cream has been launched! Humanity melts off the consumer as they lick and suck the Gobscile.
Itβs a hot as frick day in the middle of summer and Jeb decides to cool off with a tasty treat from the new Baskin-Goblins parlour in town.
Jeb ends up shedding more than a few layers as he sucks away on his tasty green frozen treat, acclimatising to the hot sticky conditions outside in her cozy new form.
[Human male-to-female Goblin, Probably Empire Bay.]
