The updates are patch independent. I can't say if the fixes in Sim-Nom-Nom were necessary because of the patch or because of the algorithm change in the Lot51 library. In any case, something broke the ice cream cartons and crepes. Maybe this happened before, but I just discovered it now.
I haven't noticed any other patch-related issues, so everything else looks compatible.
