We want to take a moment to address something that’s been weighing heavily on many of you. We've heard your concerns about the challenges of competing with cheap, mass-produced knockoffs flooding the market. We want you to know — we see it, we hear you, and we are not okay with it.
To combat this, we've brought on a legal team to actively work on reducing the presence of drop-shipped and unauthorized products across the globe. This is a global effort, and it’s just the beginning.
As part of this initiative, we’ve created a Distributior Tier. This system will help us recognize and support the incredible creators who have built their businesses with integrity, while also giving us better visibility into those who are not following the rules. If you are already in the Commercial Tier and not working with or plan to work with a Distribution Company you are fine and there is no need to change your tier.
We are so inspired by this growing industry and the passionate community behind it. Please know we’re doing everything we can to protect your hard work and keep this space thriving for everyone who’s doing it right.

2025-04-16 21:20:46 +0000 UTCWe do very much have the ability to shut them down. The price a layered thing. The income obviously helps with the legal fees. I will not deny that. That being said, I will be manually approving anyone who joins it, and if they do not meet my laundry list of standards, they get refunded and booted. Having direct control over this list allows me to do much cheaper "sweeps" on sites, instead of directly targeting. Know exactly who I don't need to go after makes the process far easier for the IP team. And again, for the majority of folks who would even qualify for such a tier, the price difference means little to their profits, based off discussions with other businesses in the distribution field (via our IP team)

Once companies get a hold of your design and resell it unless you want to pay thousands, and thousand's of dollars and take them to court you don't really have a means of stopping them especially on places like Temu, Amazon etc. So isn't this just going to charge those who are doing things the right way 10x more per month ? Or are you trying to generate extra income so you can pursue these hundreds of companies who are just ripping off the designs and not selling them with integrity ?

As a teacher, I am always looking for the opportunity to inspire. Thank you for such wonderful designs to share with my students and those that attend the vendor fairs I have been at this year.
