Howdy, wonderful people!
Presenting... The Phone Lounge! It's a large, fold-up phone (or tablet) stand with a cable stash compartment and adjustable reclining angle! The whole thing is a print-in-place, support-free design that's ready to go right off the build plate thanks to the wonders of vertical hinges!
It's a big stand, too, at 100mm across, so nice and stable for large devices.

Funny thing, this was originally going to be a much simpler design. I've been meaning to put together a video on designing vertical print-in-place hinges for a long time, and finally made a start on it by sketching out a simple three-panel phone stand.
However, it quickly became apparent that it would be much more fun if it could fold up neatly, and so off into overengineering land it went, ending up with big hinges, thick panels, a folding front shelf, and a snazzy hidey-hole to store a charging cable.

Printing Tips
Since this is an articulated model, you'll want to make sure you don't have any printing issues such as stringing or overextrusion that might bind moving parts together!
I used 0.2mm layers (which I almost always do) and that worked well. If for some reason you're inclined to use thinner layers, be aware that you'll probably run into some overhang issues at the top of the slots that cut through the panels. That wouldn't affect the functionality, of course, but it'll need a bit of a clean up. Printing at 0.2mm seems to be sufficient to avoid that problem, though.
The whole thing prints on its side, slightly open, like so:

Print Dimensions
The phone lounge occupies 130mm x 116mm on the printer bed, and is 100mm tall.

Further Thoughts
It's always fun when designs take on a life of their own and end up somewhere more interesting than planned, but it does mean I'm going to have to come up with another idea for that video!
One other further thought before we move along - this is quite a wide stand, and completely overkill for smaller devices! If anyone's excited for a smaller version (say, 60mm instead of 100mm?) let me know below and I'll get that under way :)
Happy lounging!
