2024-04-09 07:55:12 +0000 UTCSimilar to flag recs: uneven pushups, upright split grips, wall presses, planks, and anything that conditions your wrists and shoulders (including bar hangs and pull ups) will all help somewhat. Try to mix up a few different exercises rather than going all out on one. As for finger down, I don’t think I ever intentionally go for that version! It feels more likely to cause an injury, and for these things I’d rather have a strong hand position than the slight extra amount of control that a pointed index gives!
