Movement play: transitioning between poles
Added 2024-03-12 13:25:33 +0000 UTCOne of the things I often struggle with in routines is how to smoothly use the space between poles, so I’ve been spending some time playing with different movements that can take me across that space.
(I have a performance coming up at the end of April, so I’m using it as an excuse to level up my choreography)
