You need more than just shorts/bottoms hun. You need protective underwear that is designed for pole dancing, too. For shorts, you need to find anti-slip/grip-styled bottoms. You must find a good quality as it's crucial to not sustain any friction etc Have a look at DragonFly as they do a wide range
