Also I’m here for Greg, he’s the only character I’m rooting for. Some guy gets stoned before a job working in a giant furry suit, I’m guessing maybe hungover being thrown around by the kids, and gets fired. Good, probably deserves it if he can’t manage his first day. But also he’s now working really hard and being abused by everybody. Lmao he’s lounging in the house because look at that fucking house, and they told him to find stuff. And he does not want to go back to that hospital. And Shiv told him to take his time 😂 I would have been in a luxurious bath by now. And if he finds cash and takes it, well. They took the last $20 to his name without thought and they surely will not notice it. I hope.

2025-09-07 01:17:58 +0000 UTCNot me trying to figure out the age order of the kids and accidentally finding spoilers instead because the ages are muddy and I investigated 😭😭😭 It seems like Connor is from Logan’s first marriage, and his other three children are from his second. So Kendall is actually the second oldest son but the oldest from his second wife who he obviously had a longer or potentially better relationship with, and then the internet says they think Roman and then Siobhan/Shiv, but I’m like, if Shiv isn’t acting as an older sister to Roman?! Who feels so free to punch their *older* brother? She has huge older sister energy with him lmao surely Roman is youngest? Freest to kick off the labels people try to put on him based on his family? Idek but I also had to figure out who tf Tom was. There are so many characters and they are mostly white men in business attire and I can’t remember who is who 😂

I am just starting your reaction, so I'm excited to see what you think from the jump. Game of Thrones is such an apt analogy, Franklin. It's the GoT of the corporate, capitalist world. I was utterly obsessed with this show. As I mentioned, I quit it twice b/c the characters were so privileged and abhorrent to me initially. The first time I quit after the Roman/ripping up the check scene. The second time I made it a bit further. It wasn't until my third go 'round that I began living and breathing this show to the point that it was all I thought about (kind of like how I am with Severance or IWTV). I'm always hesitant to push shows that lack in representation and diversity. But, regardless of race, creed, sexuality, etc., none of us can wholly see ourselves in these characters because they're so beyond our life experience. (Unless someone in the community is a secret billionaire. 💰) As always, I'm so impressed with your sharp reads and attention to detail, Frank. I am officially deep into the Succession obsession once again.
