Weekly schedule 😎

Hey y'all🌸

So here's the thing, the bigger this community gets, the more difficult it gets to decide what to watch for the channel. Everyone has a preference and favorite shows they want to be covered, and that's fair. So here's a reminder for my process of picking shows. 

- Shows that are the most recommended. I take the time to go through all the comments and make a tally. Some shows never make the polls because they've only been mentioned a handful of times. And when I do put those shows on the poll, they get washed by the other options. 

- I usually include 2nd/3rd place from some previous polls. 

- The length of the show matters a lot. 

- I look into ratings and do some spoiler-free research on the shows. This means 9 out of 10 times, I'm certain I'll enjoy everything that's on the poll. And don't spend the next month dreading why a show won the poll.

- I keep an eye on how those shows are currently performing on YouTube. ALL of you found my channel from YouTube, which is my main source of growing my Patreon community. You can think of YouTube as an ad for my Patreon community, so checking out shows that perform well for channels my size (not just the big channels) is a big plus for me. And, of course I'm not neglecting the patrons that are already here, hence the patreon exclusive polls. 

- Recently, I’ve started doing ”My choice“ picks. This is when we have like 3 slots opening for new shows, and I pick a shorter show that has been on the poll for a long time. Some other factors that deal with the algorithm and just overall management of a channel also come into play. So it's never as easy as "just pick a show."

There are so many shows that I desperately want to watch that have lost the last several polls. And that is FINE, I will someday. And please don't mistake this for me saying I'm not enjoying the shows I'm watching currently. I've been eating GUD from the polls these last few years. Y'all have NEVER led me wrong. Now, someone could say, "Why don't you just pick what you want to watch yourself"? FAIR. However, you all are paying for this. This is my job. If I don't pick what the majority of my paid audience wants, there's a big chance that the majority will leave. It's happened before. You reading this might be here for the long run, but not everybody is, and I totally understand and respect that. I love what I do, and I'm passionate about it, but REMEMBER, this is also a source of income. The majority of you are here as members for the chance to decide what I cover next. If it's just about watching what I want, then I'll do it comfortably on my couch. Currently watching The Last of Us S2, Black Mirror, and Attack on Titan (for the 15th time). I hope you all understand what I'm putting down. I know this was a lot, but I'm just getting ahead of some of the questions/concerns that usually come my way. Much love friends!💐

Weekly question:
What is your favorite conspiracy theory? And by FAVORITE I mean conspiracy theory that you think is dog shit but it's funny to see the believers try to argue their case LOL 
- Mine got to be people who believe COVID was transmitted by 5G Towers🤣.. Now, I know people who believe this caused a lot of issues with not wearing masks and helped the disease spread, but I also think it's okay to laugh at it.
