That is such a good point I never thought of. i often find myself in my personal life being self-aware of my issues but sometimes not knowing where to go after that. And 100% that's the link a therapist could help you make Very true about that not being in teds nature, I really like your perspective on that. but something this show has taught me is that Ted is not a perfect character, he makes some mistakes, especially when he doesn't have a clear mind. But I'm sure I'm going to find out soon And Gus obliged😁

2024-06-09 01:15:52 +0000 UTCI always laugh at Ted trying to psychoanalyze Dr. Sharon. This is a trained & licensed psychologist, sir. Your heartfelt yet amateur insights are not gonna be as effective as you think 😅 In fact, I love that the scene shows that Dr. Sharon learned so much about Ted from that one interaction. The follow up scene with Ted & Rebecca is also great. Most of us are self aware enough to have an idea about what our own issues are. Our problem is processing the issues & moving forward - exactly the thing that a therapist could help with. A lot of people assume that because we don’t see it on screen that Ted bringing Jamie back was a surprise to everyone. We can’t be 100% sure, but I don’t think Ted would do that, especially after that talk with Sam. Imo he probably had a private conversation with Sam and then had a team meeting to announce it. The team could be aware & still be upset about it. At least that’s my head cannon about it b/c that just seems very unlike Ted. PS: Hi Gus! Bug your dad & visit us in videos any time 😹
